“Love My Truck Driv’in Man”, a TV Reality Docu-Series Variety Show that embodies the spontaneity flame of sweet southern music artist, Susanne Spirit, who offers the girl-next door personality of a Reba McIntyre, the calamity of Cher, the warmth and heart of a Carol Burnett and the sensual appeal of Hollywood Glamour Girls, with a true grit of independent tenacity that empowers hope, honesty, dreams, the common man, love of family, hard labor,the backbone of our American spirit and a lot of country down home music.
Do you understand the sacrifices these men and women of our highways and their families make for our indulgences? Or know the workers of this industry live worse than the men and women in our prisons? This series with our lovely host, Ms. Spirit, gives these answers, plus many funny, enriching and delightful moments of entertainment to TV viewers.
WHO IS OUR HOST? Ms. Susanne Spirit, a respected luminary, holding a degree from UCLA’s School of Theatre, Film and TV, #1 School in the Nation in theatre and film, and being a lead actress in many first-class musical theatre productions, has become for whatever gracious reason a country music songwriter performer and entertainer, the “Sweetheart” of the trucking industry, and is very involved in the lives of its drivers and characters that exist in these truck stops due to her appearing in concert for them every week. She will unveil these “diamonds’ in the rough countrymen and share her own “sedulous” character developed from the cradle forward.
WHAT DOES AND WILL MS. SPIRIT DO IN THIS SHOW?
Ms. Spirit entertains at Truck Stops solo on guitar or piano, with one of her bands (Zydeco, Blues, Real Country, Bluegrass, etc.) or, by invitation, with guest artists appearing on her USA Road Show, Love My Truck Driv’in Man, Love Tour at one of the largest truck stops in America in Ontario, California and on the Road. Ms. Spirit has found the soul of our Highway Warriors and the folks surrounding them which offers a world filled with experiences like an emotional roller-coaster ride from thrilling to dangerous to sexual to fantasies to heart-ache to love, all telling many story lines and tales.
HOW WAS THE SHOW IDEA CONCEIVED? With each day of Ms. Spirit performing being “its own event and every concert a life all its own” this show was born and as Susanne says in one of her songs, which the “boys” love, “I Have Experience, I’ll Take You Down, I’ll Take You Around, I Will Take You All Over Town, I’ll Take You On Some Old Back Roads, Yes, I Know I Will Take You For A Ride!”
WHO ARE ALL THE PEOPLE VIEWERS WILL MEET? Audiences meet Susanne Spirit; her musician friends from famous ones to upcoming musical artists; all the strange and interesting people Susanne encounters during her performances at the Truck Stops from Truckers to waitresses to industry leaders, i.e. people who care about others that will take the shirt off their back to help someone, who still eat steak and homemade pie made with Crisco, whose moral fiber stands proud even amongst its street urchins, good and bad, people that have little money but lots of heart and men and women who sacrifice personal pleasure to make sure our “toys” are delivered on time; many diverse human characters!!!
Are these folk’s values greater than our “elite” suburb cultures? We will find out! Will these characters enrich the homes of America? Yes in a most warm and touching way.

Materialism is nearly unknown to these millions of drivers but their souls hold the “American Dream” - with perspiration, innovation, risk and reward with the focus on a wholesome values system, integrity, a strong work ethic, community and being of service. These attributes make up our Highway Warriors, each one truly American.

SHOW DETAILS
THE LOGLINE: American Trucker’s Sweetheart, Sweet Southern Country Music Artist Ms. Susanne Spirit and her USA Road Show “Love My Truck Driv’in Man” Love Tour, a series of concerts at truck stops, get to know our “Highway Men and Women Warriors”, the truckers, who deliver all our “Goods” and explore the other elements and characters surrounding these folks and the good ole “Life On the Road” journey with music, stories and many, many wild adventures!!!
WHAT HAPPENS: Country Music Singer/Songwriter Susanne Spirit and her various music guests, band members and other artists entertain our Highway Warriors of America - our truck drivers - with her USA Road Show “Love My Truck Driv’in Man” Love Tour” at various truck stops while giving TV audiences a look into the world that these millions of truckers that haul everything Americans eat, drink or own live in everyday.
A ONE HOUR WEEKLY SHOW: Viewers get to know the wonders and horrors for these hard working men and women that have made the highway their home to earn a living. Who these drivers are and their families and what they encounter in a day’s journey is all guided by Ms. Spirit and her musical adventures in this one-hour weekly variety show.
The show is taped live, but edited: Every week mostly from the TravelCenters of America in Ontario, CA, two of the largest truck stops in the country, and once in awhile at other locations, the show will be taped during a “regular” concert which consists of Ms. Spirit, A Band, Guest Artists, Guest “Trucker” Artists”, etc. performing in concert for 4 – 30 minute sets with 4- 30 minute breaks where mingling and “Finding the story” will occur. Each show offers new people, new musical guests and experiences: Moments of the day are captured beginning during the stage set-up, the musical sets, on “breaks”, and preparing to leave. The camera will see and visit with our “Regulars” like the food waitress or other TA worker, or familiar driver, etc. that we have met before and tape the music and other elements around the event. This footage will then be edited and prepared for its scheduled airtime.
For “Real” Slice of Life film coverage the show will have a variety of “On the Road” Hosts who will send to us their captured footage while “Trucking”. We will edit.
And, Weekly "Trucker” video contest submissions will be viewed and judged by a selected audience and one winning tape, segment, will be shown on each show, giving drivers all over the USA a chance to be involved with the production.
Another consideration is to sell The Weekly Shows plus footage of that week’s concert and special interviews: along with other appropriate merchandise, CD’s, DVD’s, Dolls, Trucks, T-Shirts, Games, etc. in TravelCenters and other retail outlets, and sold retail on digital downloads from the show’s website and/or any and all other sources.
We can also look into releasing the “Shows” to the TravelCenters so they can play them on their “theatre” screens in their “Film Viewing” rooms or the TV monitors in their stores, which will help promote goodwill, our advertisers, the TV show and sales of all products.
A Sound Track CD has been created by Susanne Spirit and mastered and ready is her “Love My Truck Driv’in Man” CD that contains the theme song plus her other originals that are now favorites with the truckers such as her Honky-Tonk’in Down The Highway, Go Back Home, I Be Good, Hillbillie Man, etc. along with some cover songs done in Ms. Spirit’s sweet southern country style, like “Walkin' After Midnight” and other favorite road songs.
THE MUSIC: Susanne Spirit’s pure, original, sweet Southern Style Music offers a blend like a fine whiskey of Zydeco, Country, Cajun, Bluegrass, Blues, Caribbean, African, Creole, Folk, Paris Folk, French Canadian, Country Gospel, “Chuck Berry” Rock, Honky-Tonk and a lot of Bonnaroo. Ms. Spirit plays with two bands, one country, one zydeco, currently. This show will draw musicians and performers from headliners to new upcoming stars. We will present a variety of bands, sometimes even other genres.
This past year the tour had many guest entertainers. On Thanksgiving, we had several singers, songwriters and musicians show up “To Entertain the Troops” for only a “meal” for themselves.It is so rewarding for all artists to perform to this wonderful audience that appreciates everything so much.
ANIMATED SEGMENTS: The show will open and close with animation: of “cute” (3D) Flash animated characters and a funny “Truck” that changes becoming our band/tour equipment hauling truck, a tour bus, a child’s little red truck, etc. The characters first season will be The Truck Driver, The Sound Engineer/Manager of Band, Susanne and Weekly Characters (a favorite waitress, a homeless person, one of our “On the Road” guests, or a guest band member, etc. These “maquettes” will be developed as the show goes and will offer stories on the TV show’s website with possible games. Animated sections may introduce segments throughout the hour show also.
SHOW CHARACTERS: Each season, the characters will grow: having and developing a life of their own, and knowing all. The engineer and the singer get married and we even have the songs all ready to go giving us another soundtrack to market with these songs, i.e. “Vows Of Love”, “One For Eternity”, I’m Getting Married In My Hometown” etc. The characters and truck/bus/auto, songs, games, story development of animated characters on our website, etc. will offer many merchandise opportunities around the globe.
THE SHOW WEBSITE: Games, Animation, Contests, Stories Told, etc. Games for adults and children like “Learn how to Drive a Semi-Truck!” or “Hit the Highway!” will delight young and old, a Merchandise store with many “fun” items, TV Show and music downloads for purchase, and continuing stories and adventurous tales from our animated world and its characters having a life of their own.
LOTS AND LOTS OF CONTESTS: “Find a Road Host” with clues given on the site; Submit “Your Road” Video” For TV Show; “Date a Trucker” and us following the couple if they end up liking each other; “Pretty Truck contest”, “Favorite Band or Guest Artist”, “Favorite Truck”, Favorite Family; “T-shirt photo contest”, “Children of Trucker’s photo contest”, etc. Contestant winners receive our advertiser and show products and/or maybe a trip to meet us and/or “Go On The Road” like a real trucker.
STRUCTURE SUMMARY: New Theme or Focus Each Week and Layers of many activities for all involved including “On The Road” Hosts.
UNSCHEDULED AND SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES: Between “scheduled and “regular” activities and buzz, viewers will not leave their seats because you never know when that “intense moment” will happen:
